  2. Not fairing the best after Superbowl and a bad night of sleep. I'm seeing how it directly impacts my eating. Rest is the KEY!!!! Looking forward to a better eating day tomorrow. I'm not eating enough today and at the right times - all stemming from poor sleep. Frustrating.

  3. I never posted on a blog before.. hopefully I'm doing it right. I am back after a week off and feeling pretty crappy- cranky, tired and frustrated. Back on track today and hoping the positive effects will kick in soon!

  5. Hi Ladies- I'm feeling great today... I am bit hungry, but I think I need to increase my portion sizes. Looking forward to some great results. Are we taking before and after pics??? Good luck to all!!!

  6. Hi women! i'm stoked you all are doing well. Sunday through tuesday were awesome for me, and then i had a mixed nut disaster today. I got back on track for dinner though... So tomorrow i am excited to get back to strict portions. Before and after pics huh?... im scared.
